Business Model and Fees Landlords: Our business model includes the following pricing structure for landlords: ● Monthly Subscription Fee: $9.99 per month. ● Transaction Fee: 1% per completed transaction facilitated through the Platform. By listing your property or using our services as a landlord, you agree to these fees. Fees are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated to users in advance. Tenants: There are no fees for tenants to use the basic features of the Platform to search for housing and connect with landlords. 7. Landlord and Tenant Interactions Campuscribs is a platform that connects landlords with tenants seeking off-campus housing. We are not a party to the rental agreements between landlords and tenants. Any rental agreement, lease, or arrangement entered into through our Platform is solely between the landlord and the tenant. We are not responsible for any disputes, damages, or issues arising from these relationships. Landlords and tenants are expected to: ● Landlords: Provide truthful property details and comply with all housing laws. ● Tenants: Provide accurate rental preferences and honor lease agreements. 8. Fees and Payment Campuscribs processes payments for services through a third-party provider. By making payments, you agree to the terms and conditions of the payment processor. 9. User Content You retain ownership of any content submitted to the Platform but grant Campuscribs the right to use, display, and distribute the content for the operation and promotion of the Platform. 10. Privacy and Data Collection By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. 11. Platform Availability and Modifications We strive for continuous Platform availability but may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time. 12.
